Job Summary:

The Test Supervisor is responsible for leading Factory Routine Testing (FRT) and Factory Acceptance

Testing (FAT) activities while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.

The role involves supervising testing teams, maintaining EHS compliance, driving continuous

improvements, and ensuring timely delivery of testing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily Factory Routine Testing (FRT) and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)

activities.

  • Allocate work to testing engineers and monitor daily output.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS, PTW, WIS, HIRA, and 5S standards.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and promotes a strong safety culture.
  • Support troubleshooting and resolve technical issues during testing.
  • Oversee calibration, maintenance, and readiness of testing equipment.
  • Maintain testing records, reports, and KPI documentation.
  • Mentor testing engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in internal/external audits and vendor inspections.
  • Drive continuous improvements in quality, safety, and testing processes.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • 5-8 years’ experience in electrical panel, switchgear, or power distribution testing.
  • Knowledge of FRT, FAT, EHS practices, PTW, and HIRA.
  • Familiarity with low- and medium-voltage systems and testing equipment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
