
Production / Manufacturing Supervisor Swing Shift
Location: New Paltz, NYPay: Annual Salary of $72,000 to $86,000 depending on experience Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday Available Shifts: The Swing Shift Supervisor will work a shift that overlaps our 1st Shift 7am to 3:30pm and 2nd Shift 3:30pm to 12am

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our Swing Shift team. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for safety, quality, productivity, employee development, and meeting production goals. The Supervisor will also partner closely with the Manager of Operational Excellence to improve efficiency and implement Lean manufacturing practices.
