Your role at Clorox:
As a Production Supervisor, you will ensure the optimal utilization of assigned resources during your shift, including personnel, equipment, inventory, safety, and quality, while generating the designated reports. Adhere to Peruvian industry regulatory requirements for the household hygiene sector and ensure the proper execution of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the production plant. This position is fully onsite and requires working rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, including Morning Shift (7:00 am to 3:00 pm), Afternoon Shift (3:00 pm to 11:00 pm), and Night Shift (11:00 pm to 7:00 am)
In this role, you will:
Ensure effective execution of manufacturing operation instructions, including process controls, and notify of any deviations.
Ensure proper execution and completion of all good manufacturing practice system documents.
Execute, report during the shift (eSPACE), and alert deviations for:
Safety: Incidents, BOS, Risk Prediction
Environment: Proper effluent disposal with legal compliance and Wastewater Treatment Plant operation.
Quality: Centerline, compliance with good manufacturing practices
Availability – Plant capacity, OEE
Cost: Material Losses and material control through internal control compli ance and actual consumption process.
Guarantee of compliance with good manufacturing practice. Ensure compliance with safety practices.
Prepare the Packaging Shift IQBF Report and ensure submission of process report.
Accompany industrial tests and implementation of initiatives (new products, CCEM), and provide reports.
Ensure timely and accurate notification and immediate reporting of deviations

What we look for:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of two years of experience in manufacturing industries, preferably in food, household hygiene, cosmetic, or consumer goods products.
Experience implementing and working with TPM methodologies.
Proficiency in implementing autonomous maintenance methodologies.
Experience with liquid packaging production lines is highly desirable.
Familiarity with SAP and advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
Intermediate English level.
Leadership through influence and the ability to work effectively in a participative, team-based environment.
