Clemens Food Group is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to help prepare for and lead a new Ready-to-Eat production department at our Hatfield Main facility. This new operation will produce fully cooked sausage and is part of a significant expansion of our Hatfield campus.
The production line is expected to launch in April 2027. The selected supervisor will join the team ahead of startup, spend time learning from our established Ready-to-Eat operation at Hatfield North, and help prepare the new department for a safe and successful launch.
This is an opportunity to do more than inherit an established production area. You will help introduce new processes, establish operating expectations, develop the team, and guide the department from startup through stable, efficient daily production.
NOTE: Direct Ready-to-Eat manufacturing experience is required for this position. Candidates whose food manufacturing experience is limited to fresh or raw production environments should demonstrate additional experience with fully cooked processes, food safety controls, and post-lethality handling.
