Job Description

• Ensure that objectives, targets, and production schedules are achieved as planned.
• Plan, organize, and supervise shift employees to deliver optimal quality and performance, supported by detailed summary reports.
• Identify, develop, analyze, and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Prepare and present daily and weekly data to support production meetings and decision-making.
• Attend meetings to address and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Monitor and control production scrap to minimize waste and improve resource utilization.
• Provide guidance, advice, and coaching to subordinates, ensuring compliance with company rules, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct morning meetings with subordinates to communicate important updates and ensure alignment.
• Report any issues impacting operations or production progress directly to the Manager.
• Participate in Kaizen activities or other continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and performance.
• Ensure safety standards are strictly maintained across all responsible areas.
• Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Manager.
