Safety Leadership:
Enforces safety standards.
Reports safety issues and follows up on corrective actions.
Performance:
Supports the Production Manager in the implementation of action plans.
Assists the Production Manager in issuing weekly communication reports.
Checks daily production data, facility condition, and production schedule.
Quality:
Ensures that quality standards are respected.
Regularly inspects the warehouse with the Production Manager.
Supports shifts during changeovers (e.g., T4 product change-over).
Resolves quality issues in collaboration with the Production Manager and Quality Department.
Production Planning:
Collaborates with the Planning Department to adhere to the production plan while optimizing board line efficiency (ME, BC, CV).
Production/Process Support:
Supports shifts in troubleshooting quality issues and equipment problems.
Trains operators and updates SOPs to improve operator skills.
Ensures the availability of production spare parts and raw materials.
Confirms adherence to the process calendar (cleaning/replacements).
Motivates and develops production team personnel.
Develops the production system and facilities to reduce workload.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge/Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Familiarity with engineering software and/or SAP.
Attributes: Problem-solving ability (quality issues, equipment), Strong commitment to safety, Ability to train and develop staff, good planning and organizational skills (production, resources), Effective communication (reporting, coordinating with departments).
Fluent in Thai and intermediate level of English (minimum TOEIC score of 500).
3 years of experience in Production in a supervisory or team leadership capacity is essential.
