Production Supervisor of Automatic and Semi-Automatic Lines, tracking of Daily, Weekly, Monthly Production of bodies hour by hour and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Analysis and Problem Solving to achieve plant objectives, good communication and teamwork with unionized Operations personnel and Maintenance and Quality Technicians under his supervision to ensure productivity, safety, quality in his control Area, implementation of improvement projects for cost reduction, productivity, quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
Knowledge of surface finishing for metal repairs, and root cause analysis of customer complaints from paint shops, assembly plants, or CSAs.
Knowledge and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), and execution of plans and actions that reflect improvements in OEE/OLE, MTBF, MTTR, BD, FTC, downtime, and/or micro-stoppages.
Knowledge and operation of automatic and semi-automatic devices, HMIs, and interpretation of electrical and control diagrams. Knowledge of pneumatics, control devices, and device sequencing.
Kaizen methodology tools, 5Why, 5W+1H, Ishikawa, Control Plan, SWI, and Safety Risk Analysis.
