Purpose:
To supervise production activities, ensure efficient use of resources, and

  Supervise machine operators and attendants.

  Allocate work and monitor daily production output.

  Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company policies.

  Review and reconcile
  daily, weekly and monthly
  production reports
  and submit reports to the management

  Identify training needs.
• 
  Report production challenges and performance to
