Lead a high-performing production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your leadership directly impacts customer satisfaction, operational performance, and team success. You'll oversee daily operations, develop and support team members, champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement, and help drive manufacturing excellence while delivering on production commitments.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Directly supervise hourly production team members, providing coaching, performance feedback, and corrective action as needed.

  • Execute daily production plans while monitoring performance, capacity, and schedule attainment.

  • Hire, onboard, train, and develop team members, including cross-training and performance evaluations.

  • Lead continuous improvement activities that enhance our key performance indicators, improve safety culture and/or advance our team member relations. Participate and assist in activities relating to the 5S and Safety Teams when necessary.

  • Partner with Engineering, Scheduling, Maintenance, Materials, and other departments to resolve production issues and support manufacturing operations.

  • Coordinate activities among various internal departments that can affect the production process (i.e. scheduling, engineering, production management, shipping, inventory control, sales and purchasing).

  • Communicate production goals, priorities, and updates through regular team meetings and daily operational communication.

  • Promote collaborative effort, team member engagement, autonomy, partnership decision making that aligns with our employer of choice initiatives.

  • Utilize ERP, attendance, and other Greenheck systems to support labor and manufacturing processes.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • 2 Year / Associate Degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.

  • 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or a related field of study preferred.

  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience required.

  • 1-2 years of relevant leadership experience required.

  • Excel experience in pivot tables and VLOOKUP preferred.

  • SAP experience preferred.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program. The starting base pay range for this position is $77,235 - $95,408 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone. Sedentary work.
