Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Production Supervisor - Freedom Fast. This role will take place at our Fayetteville, NC facility. We are able to offer relocation assistance for qualified candidates within the United States. This is a 1st shift role (M-Th, 5/5:30am-3:30/4pm).
The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing employees in the assembly of Motor Control Center products for Eaton customers. The primary objectives will be to achieve results on the High 5 metrics (safety, quality, on-time-delivery, inventory, productivity), drive employee engagement, and develop the team to continuously improve.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year.
