In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead daily production activities to achieve planned targets for quality, quantity, cost, and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective, sustainable solutions.
- Support and develop team members through inclusive selection practices, onboarding, training, coaching, and ongoing performance feedback.
- Oversee the effective utilization of people, equipment, and resources to improve cycle time, enhance product quality, and reduce operational costs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen safety, efficiency, and standard work practices.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and good housekeeping standards, promoting a culture of accountability and care.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Practical experience supporting or leading production or assembly line operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to guide, motivate, and develop team members in a people-focused setting.
- Working knowledge of production planning, quality standards, and safety practices.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively across functions.
- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to balance operational demands and team well-being.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Exposure to mechanical or electromechanical manufacturing environments.
- Experience applying lean manufacturing, quality improvement, or cost-reduction initiatives.
- Background in coaching teams through change or process improvements.
- Formal education or training in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
