About the Company

Our client is a leading electronics & automotive components manufacturer at WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 1, Rayong, with a Thai–Chinese working environment.

The Production Supervisor / Engineer runs day-to-day production, manages safety, quality, delivery and cost on the line, and develops the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage safety on the production floor and enforce safety systems to prevent incidents.
• Control in-process quality so products meet customer and standard requirements.
• Track production and delivery against plan to fulfil orders on time and in full.
• Manage production cost; drive cost-down and productivity improvement.
• Embed 6S / shop-floor management as standard and continuously improve.
• Lead the production team day-to-day, including training and shift scheduling.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve issues on the line.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Mechanical, Materials or related.
• 3+ years in production management or production engineering, ideally in electronics, mechanical or automotive.
• Strong systematic and analytical thinking; agile execution.
• Able to work under pressure with high accountability.
• Strong Chinese (listen/speak/read/write) used as a working language.

What's on Offer

• Salary: THB 35,000 – 60,000 per month (above-range negotiable)
• Working days: 6 days/week (Mon–Sat)

Production Supervisor / Engineer ดูแลการผลิตประจำวัน ควบคุมความปลอดภัย คุณภาพ การส่งมอบ และต้นทุน พร้อมพัฒนาทีม

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• บริหารจัดการความปลอดภัยในพื้นที่การผลิตเพื่อป้องกันอุบัติเหตุ
• ควบคุมคุณภาพในกระบวนการให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและความต้องการของลูกค้า
• ควบคุมและติดตามการผลิตและส่งมอบตามแผน
• บริหารต้นทุนการผลิต ลดต้นทุนและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ
• ดูแลและพัฒนา 6S/Shop-floor management ให้เป็นมาตรฐาน
• บริหารพนักงานฝ่ายผลิตประจำวัน รวมถึงการฝึกอบรมและตารางการทำงาน
• ประสานงานข้ามสายงานเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติ

• ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เครื่องกล วัสดุ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์ด้านบริหารการผลิตหรือวิศวกรรมการผลิตอย่างน้อย 3 ปี เน้นอุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์/เครื่องกล/ยานยนต์
• คิดวิเคราะห์อย่างเป็นระบบ ทำงานคล่องตัว
• ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี มีความรับผิดชอบสูง
• ภาษาจีน (ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน) ใช้เป็นภาษาทำงาน

สิ่งที่จะได้รับ

• เงินเดือน 35,000 – 60,000 บาทเดือน (เกินช่วงสามารถเจรจาได้)
• ทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ (จันทร์–เสาร์)
