
You’re the go-to person on board, managing a team of lead electricians, electricians, and subcontractors. You create structure and a safe working environment, ensuring that tasks are carried out according to plan and within the set budget.
Your responsibilities include:
Determining the scope of work from drawings and planning, and coordinating execution with your team
Monitoring progress, safety, quality, and priorities on site
Holding regular consultations with colleagues, engineers, commissioning engineers, clients and suppliers
Fostering not just performance but team spirit – you motivate, guide, and create a positive work atmosphere
Keeping oversight of personnel matters such as scheduling, supervision, and team development

You bring:
A completed MBO level 4 qualification in Electrical Engineering
Experience as a senior or chief electrician in a maritime setting
An independent work attitude and strong organisational skills
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English

As a Production Supervisor , you lead a team of electricians and commissioning engineers on large-scale maritime projects. You ensure structure, safety and quality on board, and play a key role in achieving our project goals. And you don't do it alone: together with the Project Manager and Technical Project Manager, you form a close-knit trio within the organisation.
