As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating all production activities related to corrosion protection. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all corrosion protection production activities.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and adherence to production schedules
• Manage, train, and evaluate production staff, ensuring high performance.
• Oversee the preparation and application of protective coatings
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinating with procurement.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain detailed production records and provide reports to management.

What Were Looking For:

5+ years' experience as a Production Supervisor in the corrosion protection industry (essential).

Strong knowledge of corrosion protection methods, coatings, and equipment

Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and team management skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and production management software

A technical qualification in engineering or a related field is highly advantageous.

Preferred Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the industry.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes
