Production Supervisor – Cell 5
Shift: Tuesday–Friday | 5:30 AM–3:30 PM

We’re seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor who puts people first. In this role, you’ll lead a production team with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You’ll develop team members, support lean initiatives, and keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and support team members in a safe, positive work environment
• Ensure daily focus on safety, quality, delivery, and housekeeping
• Train, cross-train, and develop employees
• Keep production flowing to meet schedules and ship dates
• Maintain accurate inventories, labor reporting, and timecards
• Identify resource needs (staffing, equipment, tooling) in advance
• Troubleshoot issues and reduce non-value-added waste
• Promote a team-focused, “whatever it takes” mindset
What We’re Looking For
• 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Outlook, and production systems)
• Ability to problem-solve and lead with accountability
• Experience with lean manufacturing preferred
• Dependable, flexible, and quality-focused leader
Education
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Some college coursework is a plus
Physical Requirements
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift up to 25 lbs regularly; 50 lbs occasionally
• Use hands, reach, bend, kneel, and wear required PPE
• Steel toe boots and safety glasses required
