We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor. This isn't just a supervisory role; it's an opportunity to shape a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement, and directly contribute to our record-setting achievements. Responsibilities

  • Lead and Inspire: Directly supervise and motivate a team of approximately 30 entry-level to experienced production operators in a cleanroom environment, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Target Achievement: Fiercely focused on achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly production targets, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal resource utilization.
  • Quality Champion: Instill a strong quality mindset within the team, ensuring strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Problem Solver & Innovator: Proactively identify production bottlenecks, quality deviations, and operational challenges, implementing effective solutions and driving continuous process improvements.
  • Team Development: Facilitate onboarding, training, and ongoing development for production operators, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed and grow.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and address performance issues effectively. (Experience with hiring, on-boarding, training, performance improvement plans and CA Labor law is a significant plus.)
  • Safety Advocate: Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Foster open and transparent communication within the team and across departments. Confidently articulate ideas, perspectives, and concerns, while also actively listening to and valuing diverse viewpoints.
  • Shift Management: Oversee all production activities during a 12-hour shift, including scheduling, breaks, and addressing immediate operational needs.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management) preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and coaching skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration)
  • 1+ years of experience in leadership, ideally a production supervisory role, preferably within a manufacturing cleanroom environment.
  • Experience with hiring/onboarding /termination processes & Familiarity with CA labor laws
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Project management experience

Additional Information

  • This role will work on site in Roseville, CA.
  • This position is on shift. This role is an exempt position and requires working a compressed work week schedule.
    • B-Shift Every Thursday, Friday, Saturday & every other Sunday from 6AM-6PM, & additional hours as necessary.
    • This shift is eligible for a 5% shift premium

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position varies considerably depending upon qualifications (including education and applicable work experience). The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$95,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
