What You'll Be Doing
Lead and coordinate daily production activities in a quarry and aggregates processing environment to meet safety, quality, and output goals
Ensure adherence to operational standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement across aggregate production workflows
Support and coach team members, promoting engagement and development
Monitor production aggregate processing metrics and proactively address performance gaps
Collaborate across functions to optimize scheduling, inventory, and material flow within the quarry production operation
What Are We Looking For
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities in a heavy industrial or manufacturing setting, preferably mining, aggregates, or quarry-based manufacturing.
Clear and confident communicator with sound decision-making skills
Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions in aggregate production processes
Skilled in promoting safety and regulatory compliance throughout quarry and plant operations
Proven capacity to manage priorities and adapt to dynamic production and material-handling demands
Work Environment This role is based in a manufacturing facility with frequent exposure to dust, noise, moving machinery, and variable temperatures. It requires time on the floor and collaboration with both hourly and salaried team members.
