Working with Richardson opens to door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for an Production Supervisor at our Memphis, TN location. Reporting to the Manager, Production, this position supervises production operations according to established priorities and schedules. Manages production staff to attain production and quality goals. Identifies problems or bottlenecks in production processes and resolves issues. Ensures production resources including materials, equipment and human resources are available as needed to maintain production schedules. Oversees multiple lines and provides direction to Hourly Coordinators and employees. Coordinate with other management for continuous improvement.
