Production Supervisor positions are salaried; however, they are still eligible for straight overtime. In addition, this position is eligible for a targeted 10% annual bonus and 8% shift differential.
Hours
Monday-Friday 3:30 - 12:00 with potential overtime as needed.
The Production Supervisor is accountable for directing the activities of a work team in our Fabrication department, meeting daily production schedules in the assembly/fabrication of sub-assemblies, parts, or units of coils and copper while maintaining a high degree of commitment to production goals, efficiency, quality, and safety standards.
SALARY RANGE: $76,100.00 - $114,100.00 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
