Job Description

What You Will Do

Interprets company policies to employees and enforces safety regulations; interprets specifications, blueprints, MAI, DMR, and work orders for employees and assigned duties; establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules; is responsible for the quality of manufactured products; prepares material requisitions for the production floor and records material consumption on work orders in accordance with the ERP system; recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality; suggests changes in working conditions and the use of equipment to increase the efficiency of the department or work team; analyzes and resolves work-related problems and follows up on their resolution; initiates or suggests plans to motivate employees to achieve work objectives; and maintains time and production records.

  • 2 Years of previous experience

  • Basic computer skills

  • Industrial safety

  • Focus on productivity, goal achievement, and operational metrics

  • Leadership and effective supervision of operational teams
