Responsible for the supervisor and management of the TPO manufacturing processes in Plant 5. Provides leadership on his / her assigned shift to accomplish training objectives, meet production schedules in a high quality, safe manner, facilitates problem solving and makes timely decisions. Promotes a high level of teamwork both on and among shifts as well as between departments. Responsible for maintaining records to comply with company procedures and applies policies and rules in a fair manner while fostering a participative, yet structured environment.
Most time is spent on the factory floor where atmospheric conditions vary in temperature from cool (55°F) to hot (100°F). At times, portions of the facility can be dusty and dirty. Work pace can be fast leading to stressful situations regarding decision making and actions to be taken.
