Wage: Starting at $31.00/hour, with higher rates considered based on experience.

Mariposa Dairy is looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead employees and coordinate daily production activities at our Lindsay facility. In this role, you will coach employees, respond to production challenges, and help maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. This is an opportunity for an experienced team leader to build their manufacturing leadership career while contributing directly to employee development and operational improvement. You'll play a key role in developing employees, improving production performance, and helping Mariposa continue to grow as a leader in the dairy industry.

People Leadership
• Lead, coach, and support production employees.
• Assign work and coordinate staffing based on production needs.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, and consistent communication.
Safety and Quality
• Ensure employees follow health, safety, food safety, and environmental requirements.
• Address safety and quality concerns promptly.
Production Execution
• Coordinate daily production activities to meet schedule, quality, and output requirements.
• Respond to downtime, staffing challenges, and production interruptions.
• Work with maintenance and other departments to resolve operational issues.
Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste, downtime, and product loss.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and process improvement activities.
• Monitor production results and communicate key operational information.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support operational requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
Required:
• At least two years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple production priorities
• Availability for the posted shift rotation
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and ERP systems
• Maintain dependable attendance to support consistent production operations.
Preferred:
• Manufacturing or food production experience
• Experience with automated packaging or palletizing equipment
