Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team within a Production unit or line to execute production processes, transforming parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost-effective manner. Each day, you will ensure continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and quality and safety standards and policies. You will also showcase your expertise by organizing and allocating resources to meet line production targets effectively and efficiently.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in your assigned area.
Ensure compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs): efficiency, quality, waste, cycle times, etc.
Lead and motivate the operations team, fostering a safe, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment.
Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, etc.).
Coordinate with departments such as maintenance, quality, logistics, and engineering to ensure operational continuity.
Prepare production reports and deviation analyses.
Train personnel on operating procedures, safety standards, and good manufacturing practices.
Ensure compliance with industrial safety and environmental regulations.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical or similar engineering.
2+ years of experience in production supervisor or similar roles.
Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 7 AM to 7 PM (days off: Monday through Thursday).
Experience in electrical manufacturing transformation process or similar.
Experience in SCRAP KPI'S, defects, order expiration & production rate.
Experience to lead operation crews +40 people.
Knowledge in Microsoft office, SAP, Power BI & ETO.
Lean manufacturing tools.
Available to rotate shifts.
Intermediate English level.
