Overall manage workshop production operation, rationally allocate manpower, equipment and materials, implement production schedules, control output, delivery time, quality, cost and on-site 5S management, resolve production abnormalities, control product quality and production efficiency ensure orderly and efficient production, and achieve all production targets of the company.

全面统筹车间生产运作，合理调配人员、设备与物料，落实生产计划，管控产能、交期、品质、成本及现场5S管理，解决生产异常，把控产品质量与生产效率，保障生产有序高效开展，达成公司各项生产指标

What You Will Do

1.Arrange daily production schedule and allocate team manpower rationally to meet output targets efficiently.根据生产计划统筹组织生产，合理调配班组人力，高效达成生产计划目标。

2.Manage workshop on-site discipline, ensure all operators follow technical specs, quality standards and EHS regulations strictly.落实车间现场纪律管控，监督全员严格遵照工艺标准、品质规范、EHS安全要求作业。

3. Lead root cause analysis for quality non-conformities and implement corrective actions to avoid repeated defects. 主导质量异常根源分析，落地改善对策，有效规避同类不良重复发生；

4.Enforce safety regulations and all conpany policies. 严格执行安全规范及公司各项管理制度。

5.Solve the produce issue and report it .解决生产过程中及时汇报生产问题。

6.Conduct daily EHS patrols, identify on-site hazards, handle and report safety risks timely.负责车间EHS日常巡检、隐患排查，及时处置并上报现场安全风险。

7.Deliver on-the-job training for new employees and cross-skill training for senior operators to build flexible workforce.搭建班组培训体系，完成新员工岗前技能带教、老员工多能工轮岗培训。

8.lead troubleshooting of production issues from quality, warehouse, maintenance teams. 解决各类疑难问题来自于生产、品质、仓储、设备。

9.Launch and implement Kaizen continuous improvement projects to boost efficiency and reduce cost.推进Kaizen精益持续改善活动，落地降本、提效类现场改善项目。

10.Carry out regular staff competency assessment & performance review, implement incentive policies to retain team members.定期开展员工能力评估与绩效考核，配套落地团队激励机制，稳定班组人员。

11.Run the relevant opeartion (like as job order,receiving ...etc) via SAP system.通过SAP系统来做相关操作（比如工单，收货......等等）

12.Undertake other production management tasks assigned by superiors. 完成上级安排的其他生产管理相关工作。

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

4-5 bulleted, objective, non-comparable requirements are recommended

13+ years experience of the cable production with fiber and copper三年以上光纤和铜线的线缆生产经验

2Be familar with SAP System 熟悉SAP系统

3Good PC skill and using SPC quality tool良好的电脑技能和使用SPC质量工具

4Good analytical problem-solving skill and hands-on ability

良好的分析问题解决技巧和动手能力

5 Must be self-motivated and be willing to work under pressure 必须自我激励和能在压力下工作

6Knowledge of ISO13485& 9001 了解ISO13495和9001

7 Basic English Verbal and writing ability 基本英语讲写能力
