Job Description


At Kraft Heinz, the Production Supervisor plays a critical leadership role on the plant team by driving safe, high-quality, and efficient operations while building team capability and ownership on the floor. Reporting to the Process Owner, this role is responsible for leading day-to-day manufacturing performance for an assigned area and shift while applying KHMS principles to strengthen daily management, sustain standards, solve problems, and deliver business results.

This role is an important people leadership position for someone who can create clarity, build accountability, and develop teams while improving operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations for an assigned area and shift to deliver safety, quality, service, and cost results
  • Lead Level 1 meetings to create clear direction, surface gaps, assign actions, and ensure follow-through
  • Coach teams on running effective Level 0 meetings that build ownership, strengthen communication, and escalate issues quickly
  • Drive KHMS execution within the assigned area through strong daily management routines, standard work, and visual management
  • Audit and monitor performance boards to ensure they are accurate, current, and actively used to manage performance and trigger action
  • Use daily performance data and floor observations to identify gaps, remove barriers, and reinforce accountability
  • Support centerline management by reinforcing process discipline, escalating deviations, and helping teams maintain process stability
  • Lead and sustain BOS management routines to ensure standards, action tracking, and operating discipline are consistently followed
  • Build capability across the team through coaching, feedback, training, and clear expectations
  • Lead problem-solving efforts to address recurring losses, operational issues, and process breakdowns
  • Partner with Process Owners and cross-functional teams to improve performance and sustain operational gains
  • Address employee performance, conduct, and attendance matters in line with Kraft Heinz policies and procedures
  • Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, continuous improvement, and ownership across the shift team

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience leading teams in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to coach teams, reinforce standards, and drive accountability
  • Working knowledge of safety, quality, and manufacturing operations
  • Ability to use data and daily management routines to make decisions and improve performance
  • Familiarity with KHMS routines, performance boards, centerline management, and BOS principles preferred

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$77,800.00 - $97,300.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
