  • Ensure proper material, tooling, and fixture readiness by coordinating with Warehouse, Planning, and Engineering teams.

  • Participate in daily/weekly production meetings and communicate shift performance, issues, and recovery plans.

  • Escalate critical issues promptly and coordinate corrective actions to minimize production impact.

  • Perform additional responsibilities or tasks assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Science, or a related field (Diploma/Vocational + strong experience may also be considered).

  • 3–8 years of experience in high-tech, electronics, semiconductor, optical, or precision manufacturing.

  • Minimum 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role managing production teams.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, WIP control, quality standards, and production metrics.

  • Experience working in cleanroom, optical, or high-precision environments is an advantage.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams.

  • Ability to work rotating shifts and support fast-paced, high-volume production environments.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze issues, drive root cause containment, and implement improvements.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Excel, Word, ERP systems).

  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
