OUR TEAM
In the Manufacturing Team, we aim to deliver safe, high-quality, and efficient operations by developing people, driving performance, and applying Michelin Manufacturing Way (MMW) principles.
MISSION
In this role, you will:
1. Lead team performance and operational excellence: Drive team performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational targets are consistently achieved.
2. Develop and empower production teams: Lead, coach, and develop team members to strengthen capabilities, engagement, and accountability while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
3. Promote Michelin Manufacturing Way (MMW): Work closely with operators and support teams to ensure the effective implementation and sustainability of Michelin Manufacturing Way standards and best practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
Leading and developing operator teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
Monitoring production performance and implementing corrective actions when needed
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
Promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related fields)
2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, production supervision, or engineering environments
Strong leadership and people management capabilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead teams and drive operational performance in a manufacturing environment
Native Thai speaker with good communication skills in English
Preferred
Experience leading shopfloor teams in manufacturing environments
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence methodologies
Fresh graduates with outstanding leadership experience and strong potential are also welcome to apply
