OUR TEAM

In the Manufacturing Team, we aim to deliver safe, high-quality, and efficient operations by developing people, driving performance, and applying Michelin Manufacturing Way (MMW) principles.

MISSION

In this role, you will:

1. Lead team performance and operational excellence: Drive team performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational targets are consistently achieved.

2. Develop and empower production teams: Lead, coach, and develop team members to strengthen capabilities, engagement, and accountability while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

3. Promote Michelin Manufacturing Way (MMW): Work closely with operators and support teams to ensure the effective implementation and sustainability of Michelin Manufacturing Way standards and best practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets

  • Leading and developing operator teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management

  • Monitoring production performance and implementing corrective actions when needed

  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards

  • Promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related fields)

  • 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, production supervision, or engineering environments

  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lead teams and drive operational performance in a manufacturing environment

  • Native Thai speaker with good communication skills in English

Preferred

  • Experience leading shopfloor teams in manufacturing environments

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence methodologies

  • Fresh graduates with outstanding leadership experience and strong potential are also welcome to apply
