Mainresponsibilities
Be responsible for theValue Streamand all aspects of manufacturing operations,safety, quality and delivery
Lead theValue Streammanagement cadence (daily/weekly/monthly) that drives SQDC for theSite
Provide effective leadership, coaching and mentorship for theemployees
Identify and provide necessary training resources for new employees.
Lead and engage employees during kaizeneventsto drive continuous improvement and foster a progressive organization.
UseLean,Six Sigma,and Continuous Improvementtoolsto solve problems.
Maintain daily production statistics, including customer demand, past dues, and backlog.
Education, experience and skills
Bachelor'sdegreefrom an accredited institution.
Minimum five years of experience as a leader in a manufacturing or operations environment.
Exposure to ETO or CTO manufacturing processes.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and bills of materials for distribution systems.
Ability to use Lean CI tools such as 5S, Std Work, SMED, 3P, VDM, and problem solving.
