What you will enjoy doing* (DUTIES)

• Ensure
  plant operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible
  manner. Remain compliant with all external regulatory agencies including FDA,
  DOT, EPA, OSHA, DHS, as well as all Linde policies and procedures
• Schedule production of cylinder gases to meet
  internal and external customer requirements
• Maintain stocking levels of finished product and raw materials to ensure
  production requirements and lead times are achieved
• Monitor and schedule raw
  material deliveries as needed. Drive productivity throughout the operation to
  maximize plant capabilities and operational efficiency
• Responsible for
  ensuring the proper appearance, image, and security of the facility and
  equipment
• Effectively conduct accident/incident investigations in accordance
  with company policy
• Timely and accurate completion of all required reports,
  which may include product inventory, cylinder inventory, expense reports,
  financial reports, KPI reports, payroll, and ACMS Work Orders
• Support inter-company and route truck
  distribution of products to help ensure efficient, timely, accurate, and
  professional delivery
• Assist in implementation of Standard Operating
  Procedures as required or as revisions or changes are made
• Monitor asset usage
  and recommend cylinder purchases and/or increases to inventory as business
  demands change.

What makes you great (REQTS)

• Must have two (2) years of experience with: Knowledge of cylinder gases
  and processes including CGA, high-pressure cylinder filling, cylinder
  maintenance and analytical requirements;
• Knowledge of all regulatory agencies including
  FDA, DOT, OSHA, and EPA to ensure products provided to internal and external
  customers meet or exceed regulatory requirements;
• Working with Microsoft
  applications and JD Edwards to run production reports to optimize and plan
  daily production schedule;
• Supporting 5S and Lean projects to identify ways to
  reduce plant costs and increase production efficiency;
• Utilizing AutoCAD to
  design Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs);
• Creating Pressure
  Relief Device (PRD) program to ensure the safety and compliance of the plant;
• Overseeing Quality Database for internal and external customers complaint
  and providing accurate timeline and investigation details.

• HOURS: Full-Time; Mon-Fri (40 hours per week)

SALARY: $95,481.12 - $102,300.00/year
