Production Supervisor

We are looking for a Production Supervisor located in Tulsa, OK. This is your opportunity to join a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.

What you will do:

• Responsible for leading a team of skilled workers to meet production schedules.
• Collaborates with the production manager to develop and execute production activities in a safe working environment.
• Follows quality controls and procedures to ensure that raw material and finished goods comply with product specifications.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment and promptly addresses any safety concerns.
• Prepares and maintains production reports, including performance metrics, production output, and quality data, and provides regular updates to management.
• Safety-sensitive.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related subject or equivalent work experience. 7+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment with 4+ years of experience in a supervisory role is necessary.
