PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations and drive performance in our production environment in Ljungby. In this role you will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations, high-quality output, and a safe and engaging workplace.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Production Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate the daily work of 33 -34 employees, ensuring production meets targets for efficiency, quality, safety, and cost. You will work close to the operation, prioritizing activities based on production needs and customer demands.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

• Lead, coach, and coordinate a team of production employees in daily operations
• Ensure production targets are met across efficiency, quality, safety, and cost
• Follow up and act on daily KPIs and drive improvements
• Prioritize and allocate resources based on production needs and customer requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with work environment, safety, and environmental standards (incl. chemical handling)
• Maintain proper documentation and deviation management
• Build a strong team culture through clear communication and feedback
• Collaborate to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Work may include evenings and weekends according to production schedule.

WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE

We believe you are a structured and engaged leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment. We see that you have:

• A technical background (education or equivalent experience)
• Experience in a similar leadership role from before
• Strong understanding of production, manufacturing and continuous improvement (Lean/WCM is a plus)
• Experience in press operations (press, stamping, bending) is highly meritorious
• Confident in communicating in both Swedish and English
• Confidence in both giving and receiving feedback
• Strong prioritisation skills and capability to lead work under with short deadlines
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a hands-on mindset
