What You'll Be Doing

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Train and mentor production staff.

• Monitor and optimize production processes.

• Address and resolve production issues promptly.

• Competitive base salary$68,550-$91,410 and participation in our annual incentive plan
