Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably in optics, semiconductor, or precision fabrication).
  

Skills

• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-precision production environment.

Working Conditions

• Production floor-based role with office coordination.
• May involve occasional weekend or shift work based on production demands.
• Requires standing, walking, and monitoring machinery for extended periods.
