Position Summary:

We are seeking a Production Supervisor (Off Shift) to lead a team of associates to drive operational efficiency, product quality, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Location: Bethlehem, PA

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, five days per week, supporting a 24/7 manufacturing operation.

• Supervise and support a diverse team, fostering professional growth and teamwork
• Cultivate a proactive safety culture and implement strategies to prevent accidents
• Drive initiatives to meet and exceed objectives in safety, quality, efficiency, cost management, and waste reduction
• Take accountability for the development of associates, identifying training and advancement opportunities
• Lead problem-solving efforts, using root cause analysis to implement actionable solutions
• Promote a strong food safety culture, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards
• Embody and promote Just Born leadership behaviors, providing coaching, feedback, and support for self-development

• Manage budget responsibilities to maintain financial integrity.
• Additional duties & responsibilities as required. May require flexing to other shifts to cover vacations/absences.

Your Qualifications That Will Ensure Success:

· Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree required. Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Management focus preferred.

§ A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated abilities may be substituted.

· Experience, Skills, & Knowledge:

o 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience required

o Experience leading within a unionized environment is highly preferred

o Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with proven abilities to carry out a root cause analysis

o Experience with an IWS (Integrated Work System), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Six Sigma Lean system, or other

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration

o Excellent time management to meet production deadlines and ensure workflow efficiency

o Skilled in conflict resolution and fostering a positive, harmonious work environment

o Active listener, valuing team input and feedback

o Adaptable to changing conditions, making quick decisions and capable of adjusting strategies as needed

o Confident leader, providing clear direction and motivating teams to perform at their best

o Critical thinker with strong reasoning skills for evaluating solutions and taking action
