Job Description

Responsibilities:
- To ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety standards and regulations in the area;
- Participate in risk recognition, evaluation and control measure determination, and near missing reporting and injury investigation.
- To ensure production activities be compliance with QMS requirement
- To ensure the products be compliance with product specification and other requirements.
- To ensure delivery performance be in line with targets.
- To make sure financial target and minimize total costs in the area.
- To drive for continuous improvement in responsible area.
- To manage all employees according to company’s policy.
- Involve in employee recruitment, training, coaching and so on process.

Key qualifications:
- Education/major: bachelor degree is preferred
- Experience: 3-5 years working experience as a production supervisor
- Personality: flexible, quality conscious and good in communication
- Good English communication skills
- MS Office especially EXCEL and Word
