Our world-renowned client, a global leader in high-quality manufacturing, seeks two (2) Production Supervisors to join their dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a critical role in directing production efforts within our state-of-the-art facility, ensuring the efficient and high-quality manufacturing of food and beverage products for consumers worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate production teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.

• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity.

• Coach, mentor, and develop your team members, helping them reach their full potential.

• Effectively communicate with team members, managers, and other stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate and detailed production documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Possess a four-year technical degree, with a strong preference for Mechanical Engineering.

• Demonstrate exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills for problem-solving.

• Maintain a deep understanding of safety regulations and ensure strict compliance within your team.

• Lead with a blend of strong communication, positive energy, and a passion for driving success.

• Effectively document processes and procedures for clear and consistent operations.
