Our award-winning client is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team.Our client, a global leader in manufacturing, is seeking two Production Supervisors to join their team! In this role, you'll lead production teams responsible for creating Food & Beverage products for consumers worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee production operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and meeting production goals.
• Motivate and develop your team, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing solutions to maintain efficiency.
• Train new employees on equipment, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and reports.

Required Qualifications:

• College graduate with a technical degree (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
• Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
