Compensation Data

The salary for this position ranges between $80,000 to $100,000/year depending on experience.

Is responsible for supervising the setup, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing production equipment, including machining, processing, assembly and packaging. We are not offering sponsorship for this role now or in the future. This role works on the 2nd shift (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm) and its 100% onsite.

Main Tasks

• Supervising the operation of machine tools, chemical processing, assembly or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets and quality standards
• Overseeing the movement, packing and sorting of raw materials or finished goods
• Managing the quality of output to identify, discard or re-manufacture faulty products
• Managing the administration of accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis
• Overseeing efforts to meet quality standards and ensure compliance with HR regulations, data protection laws and health, safety and environmental (HSE) requirements
• Supervising the maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime

Minimum Educational Requirement

Vocational Training with Relevant Additional Qualifications in Economic Sciences, Production or Related fields

Experience

Three to five years of related professional experience as well as experience in supervising teams
