How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead and allocate resources to meet production targets efficiently.
Ensure production schedules align with demand and inventory goals.
Identify and recommend improvements to equipment and facilities.
Drive execution of production plans with a focus on quality and timeliness.
Analyze and improve production processes for better performance.
Resolve critical product and equipment issues in collaboration with internal teams.
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous learning.
Support and develop your team with clear direction and motivation.
Your Background
Minimum of 5 yearsin a production leadership role.
Associate’s degree required; higher education is a plus.
Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Must have valid work authorization to work in the U.S.
