We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Supervisor to join our heat exchanger manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process of heat exchangers, ensuring efficient operations, maintaining high quality standards, and driving continuous improvements in the manufacturing process.
o Oversee daily production operations for heat exchanger manufacturing, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
o Monitor and manage production schedules to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality control, procurement) to ensure smooth production flow.
o Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency gains.
