In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Define and ensure execution of the master production plan
Strategic thinker, capable of analyzing problems and performing root cause analysis to ensure proper follow-up.
Support and responsibility for the Quality Management System within the operation.
Conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to supervise multiple production lines or machines.
For This Role, You Will Need:
EducationBachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
5 years of experience in similar positions, metalworking and mechanical processes, and the startup and transfer of assembly lines and/or CNC equipment.
Intermediate–Advanced English
