Let’s be honest: when you’re looking for a new leadership role, you’re looking for the total package. You want a generous salary, but you also want to know your family is taken care of.
At DFA, we eliminate the "benefit gap." We sync your coverage to the calendar, not a 3-month timer. Join our team as a Production Supervisor and see your Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k matching kick in on the 1st of the month after you start.
What you’ll do: You’ll lead our 3 PM – 3 AM production crew through a 3-3-2 rotation. It’s a role for a dedicated professional who thrives in the night-shift environment and appreciates a schedule that builds in frequent multi-day breaks—all while being backed by some of the best benefits in the business.
