▪ Coordinarse con los departamentos de soporte para asegurar el recurso necesario para cumplir las metas de seguridad, calidad, scrap y cumplimiento al plan establecidas por la empresa.
▪ Asegurar los arranques de las lineas y preparar los materiales, setups para el siguiente turno.
▪ Entregar Turno al coordinador entrante informando de cualquier novedad o actividades que se hicieron durante el turno asi como las areas de oportunidad que se tuvieron y como se corrigieron.
▪ Apegarse a los procedimientos que involucren al departamento de Producción (ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, LEAN e Ingeniería)
▪ Asegurar la aplicación y mantenimiento de la metodología de 5S´s en su área de trabajo y exigir que su personal lo lleve a cabo. ▪Asegurar que los puntos de seguridad se encuentren dentro de los estandares fijados (maquinaria, pisos libres de aceite, dispositivos de seguridad, entre otras)
▪ Revisar y Verificar que la producción se encuentre dentro de los parámetros que solicita el cliente, procurando la calidad del material procesado.
▪ Revisar los reportes diarios de producción y de scrap verificando que se cumplan con las metas establecidas.
▪ Realizar reuniones con personal operativo y los encargados del mantenimiento para revisar situaciones fuera de los parámetros de producción y fallas en la maquinaria y darle una solución.
▪ Supervisión al personal operativo en lo que se refiere a asistencia (Realiza prenómina), uso de equipos de seguridad, uso diario de uniforme, cumplimiento de las metas establecidas de producción, proporcionándoles el equipo y herramientas adecuadas para realizarlo.
