Job Purpose & Scope
As a Supervisor, Production at ROCKWOOL, you will play a key role in driving operational performance on the factory floor. You will lead your shift team to achieve excellence in safety, quality, and productivity, ensuring our customers receive world-class products while supporting continuous improvement and sustainable growth. This role is about leading people, optimizing processes, and making a direct impact on production outcomes in a global manufacturing environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 CAD Your base salary is determined based on location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.
