Reporting To: Production Manager
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead and manage production operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supervising production staff, ensuring product quality, maintaining GMP standards, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and driving continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence.
Production & Operations
Supervise daily production activities including steeping, germinating, kiln drying, and roasting processes.
Implement approved production recipes and adjust parameters to meet product specifications.
Monitor production schedules, build plans, and backorder priorities.
Ensure efficient use of utilities to support cost‑effective operations.
Quality, GMP & Compliance
Ensure strict compliance with GMP, housekeeping, HACCP, and quality system requirements.
Monitor quality of incoming raw materials and finished products.
Accompany GMP and quality auditors and implement corrective action plans.
Assist in maintaining and updating quality documentation, SOPs, and records.
Act as liaison for pest control activities.
People Management & Training
Supervise, motivate, and develop production team members.
Conduct and oversee training for new and existing employees.
Ensure all employee training is completed, documented, and compliant.
Promote a safe and positive work environment aligned with company policies.
Coordination & Communication
Liaise with warehousing, QA, bulk packaging, sterilization, logistics, and other manufacturing teams.
Communicate effectively to ensure timely shipment and resolution of production issues.
Continuous Improvement
Identify and recommend improvements to processes, equipment, and facilities.
Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Use data, KPIs, and analysis to drive productivity and efficiency.
Administrative Duties
Manage time & attendance, holiday planning, shift planning, and travel coordination.
Review production reports, build plans, and operational documentation.
Education
Secondary School / High School or equivalent qualification.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a production supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
Knowledge of quality control, GMP, HACCP, and safety compliance.
Familiarity with machine operation and basic maintenance.
Leadership & Management Skills
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
Strong decision‑making and conflict resolution skills.
Experience in employee training and development.
Problem Solving & Analytical Skills
Ability to troubleshoot production issues effectively.
Experience with process improvement (Lean Manufacturing preferred).
Comfortable working with production data and KPIs.
Communication & Organizational Skills
Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.
Good reporting and documentation abilities.
Excellent time management, scheduling, and manpower planning skills.
Multilingual skills are an added advantage.

Shift System (12‑hour shifts):
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
