Job Description

  • Responsibilities

    • Supervising the production process.
    • Planning and allocating production employees to ensure execution of production plans.
    • Assigning employees in a way that ensures optimal use of time and workforce.
    • Ongoing analysis and reporting of production performance.
    • Daily calculation and reporting of production scrap levels.
    • Reporting current quality issues occurring on production lines.
    • Analyzing ongoing production scrap.
    • Conducting production activities in accordance with 5S principles.
    • Supervising employees’ compliance with health and safety regulations (HSE).
    • Coordinating activities and responding to emergency situations.
    • Supervising and updating documentation on the production line.
    • Ensuring adherence to standardization requirements.
    • Performing production tasks in accordance with safety rules, HSE regulations, and instructions.
    • Carrying out production activities in line with applicable norms and standards.
    • Keeping records of the production process and achieved results.
    • Reporting the production progress to the supervisor and overseeing the related documentation.
    • Providing the supervisor with information on ongoing tasks and any irregularities in the production process.
    • Supervising proper start-up and verification of the production line.
    • Auditing the production process.
    • Proposing improvements to the production process.
    • Coordinating and implementing projects related to process development.
    • Applying Lean Manufacturing principles in all aspects of the production process.
    • Understanding and complying with the guidelines and requirements of the Quality Management System ISO/TS 16949, Environmental Management System ISO 14001, Occupational Health and Safety Management System OHSAS 18001, as well as corporate HSE and environmental requirements.
    • Continuously improving qualifications.
