Job Description

Budget Not over than 60,000 THB

Working hours Monday - Saturday at 8.30 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.

Location Rojana Industrial Park, Ayutthaya

Interview process 1- 2 rounds

Responsibilities :

  • Develop equipment management system and establish equipment management system.
  • Checking the production process according to the schedule.
  • Manage personnel planning and costs, including overtime and shifts, according to production volume.
  • Responsible for coaching, Train and retain or initiate training of employees with production.
  • Cooperate and coordinate with other department to meet corporate goals.
  • Make plans to improve productivity and control costs direction and manage staff to achieve the above.
  • Report the daily, weekly, monthly progress to managers in English.
  • Troubleshooting.
  • Responsible for performance management of his report.
  • Ensure development of his report and ensuring teams are following policies and procedures related to employee and safety and environmental compliance.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Thai Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • Male only and age is not over than 45 years old
  • At least 5 years of work experience in Production planning and control in chemical enterprises
  • Knowledge of DCS and SCADA system
  • Knowledge of IS 9001 , 14001, 18001 would be an advantage
  • Proactive work, strong teamwork spirit, communication, coordination, problem-solving, leadership and team management skills.
  • Good command of English
  • Have own car and license.
