This position will be part of our Operations Department, the heart of PowerCo — where innovation becomes reality. This area brings together multiple teams working on the construction of our gigafactory and the different stages of battery cell production From engineering and design to process optimization and production excellence, Operations is where the future of energy takes shape.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Lead and manage daily operations in the different rotation shifts (including weekend and holidays) and the production team meet quality and productivity goals, ensuring safety and meeting production targets with target quality and cost.
• Act as the technical and disciplinary leader for the operators, ensuring adherence to company rules, workplace safety and compliance with relevant health regulations and audits.
• Collaborate with quality and process engineering teams to solve complex production issues, monitor processes closely, resolve any problems and promote continuous improvement.
• Maintain 5S standards in production and adjacent areas to ensure a secure, clean, organized and efficient workspace, while facilitating effective communication across departments.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience leading teams from 10 to 35 people.
• Vocational Training (FP superior), Technician Engineer, or a comparable qualification.
