TotalRecycle contains cutting-edge technology that allows for the precise sorting and processing of recyclable materials. Situated on a 14-acre site in Berk’s County, this 75,000 square foot facility accepts all items capable of being recycled. TotalRecycle is the only facility of this magnitude in the area. With its beautiful infrastructure, the complex looks more like a resort than a recycling plant.

Our recycling center, located in Birdsboro, PA, is looking for a reliable, motivated and hardworking Production Supervisor!

What You Will Do:
- Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams
- Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
- Supervise & track all shift production – gather and oversee data input
- Ensure compliance with D.E.P., OSHA. and D.O.T. rules and regulations
- Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
- Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
- Train new hires in accordance with company policies
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Special projects and other job duties as assigned

QualificationsYou Have:
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
- Knowledge of production tools and equipment
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Must be organized and motivated to succeed with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong skills related to Microsoft Office software products, specifically excel
- Ability to bend, stoop, sit and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 75 pounds.
