About the Department

At the Production Department, we aim to deliver safe, high-quality products efficiently while developing strong, engaged teams of operator in line with Michelin Manufacturing Way (MMW) excellence standards.

Mission

In this role, you will:

  • Guarantee and drive team performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC)

  • Develop team members to ensure sustainable performance and high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Lead and manage operator teams on a daily basis to achieve production objectives

  • Ensure implementation of MMW (Michelin Manufacturing Way) foundations with the team

  • Promote a strong safety and quality culture within the production area

  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and support functions to improve performance and resolve operational issues

Who We Are Looking For

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related fields)

  • 0 - 8 years of experience as a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineer, or similar role (New graduates with strong leadership potential are also welcome)

  • Demonstrated leadership and people-management capability, especially in the production line environments

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and engage the teams

  • Ability to manage daily operations, priorities, and problem-solving under pressure

  • Good English communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial production environments

  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, operational excellence, or continuous improvement is a plus
